Welcome to the Commission's Glossary App! We have received valuable feedback from our users, which has allowed us to enhance the app. In addition, the glossary now includes essential terms and definitions related to the new content recently added to the Case Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK). This expansion aims to provide better clarity in definitions and an improved user experience. The glossary comprises over 770 terms and definitions, organized into 26 decks of 30 terms each. To get started, simply choose a deck and begin exploring! Each deck presents you with a term or definition. After revealing the answer, you can indicate your confidence by selecting either the green or red button. This feature aids in monitoring your proficiency level for that particular deck. Once you've completed a deck, it will reset automatically when you revisit the questions. We value your input and look forward to hearing from you to further enhance our app.
